Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction or related discipline is required.
• Equivalent proficiency in lieu of degree is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors, and manages all aspects of multiple large-scale building and site development projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and presents comprehensive project plans and obtains approvals.
• Leads planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitors contractor performance and recommends changes to schedule/cost.
• Ensures timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Maintains project quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Provides timely status updates to teams and sponsors.
• Supports safety programs and compliance.
