Job summary

Bowers + Kubota Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead domestic water infrastructure projects on Oʻahu and other Hawaiian sites. You will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout, coordinating with public agencies and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering or construction management degree, with strong communication, leadership, and technical skills. Prior public works and licensing are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Experience with public works projects and design/CM concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and PMIS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from cradle to grave: planning, programming, budgeting, design, construction, closeout.
• Prepare planning documents, design basis, lessons learned, and engineering reports.
• Conduct site visits and condition assessments.
• Coordinate with divisions and agencies; support marketing and technical activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
