FareHarbor is seeking a Client Success Manager to support Hawaiʻi clients through onboarding and grow into a broader Client Success role. The role is hands-on and technical, focusing on translating client needs into FareHarbor dashboards and collaborating with onboarding teams to deliver accurate, locally informed solutions.

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, or client success.
• Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel locally within Hawaiʻi for client meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

• Onboarding Support: assist with new Hawaiʻi client builds, training, and launches.
• Complex Dashboard Builds: support Hawaiʻi-specific workflows and dashboards.
• Project Coordination: track items, prep for meetings, identify risks, and coordinate with teams.
• Client Training & Launch Support: help clients understand dashboards and go live.
• Local Market Expertise: apply Hawaiʻi tourism knowledge to tailor onboarding.
• Client Success Development: learn processes and assist with dashboard clean-up and feature setup.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Onboarding, Account Management, Support, and Product teams.
