Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years of related work experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in issues identification, resolution, and program operations.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute pharmacy operational processes within an assigned line of business.
• Support implementation of pharmacy benefit, communication, and operational changes.
• Perform operational tasks accurately within established timelines.
• Maintain adherence to departmental procedures, controls, and service standards.
• Analyze and assess business problems related to benefits and systems changes.
• Support benefit configuration validation, testing activities, and readiness efforts.
• Review outputs to identify discrepancies and data concerns.
• Assist with documentation and maintenance of operational procedures.
• Support activities associated with pharmacy benefit administration and operations.
• Monitor accuracy of pharmacy drug benefits through testing and live claim review.
• Identify operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with gathering information for issue investigations and remediation.
• Participate in process improvement and cross-training initiatives.
• Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
