Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of work-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem solving and data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Knowledge and demonstrated application of project and program management practices, including governance, prioritization, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and execution oversight.
• Proficiency in development and execution of operational process flows.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Program Leadership & Execution: Lead and drive Pharmacy program intake processes and governance across Pharmacy Management teams and key business partners.
• Enterprise Issue Management and Resolution: Lead Pharmacy issue intake, triage, tracking, escalation, and resolution activities.
• Governance & Reporting: Maintain strategic visibility into pharmacy workstreams, organizational priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Other Duties/Functions: Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
