Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pharmacy operational projects and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across departments and PBM partners.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze operational problems and support benefit setup, testing, and implementation.
• Develop reports supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations Specialists and Pharmacists on complex issues.
• Document results and action items from implementations and reviews.
• Drive process improvements and issue resolution across teams.
