Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload in Hawaii.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer-law issues.
• Travel to appearances; work primarily from home.
