Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED), basic technical training, and a willingness to perform manual labor and plant housekeeping. MSHA compliance and strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Technical training and vocational certification preferred.
• No experience required; 6 months–1 year of heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• MSHA compliance knowledge and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate entry-to-mid-level mobile equipment (haul trucks, water trucks, loaders).
• Transport raw materials from pit to crusher and move finished products to stockpiles.
• Maintain stockpile integrity and prevent material contamination.
• Perform daily inspections and assist with minor repairs per SOPs.
• Adhere to MSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
