Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and cleanup duties as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move rock from the pit to the crusher and start the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation in line with policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Operate equipment with high competency and safety awareness.
• Follow all policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements for a safe work environment.
• Work outside in all weather and tolerate loud noises.
• Support teamwork and assist coworkers as needed.
• Be willing to overtime and extended hours as required.
• Provide documentation for I-9 immigration status as required.
• Hold a valid drivers license and maintain clean driving record.
