Job summary

Pilgrim's Hatchery in Lufkin, Texas is hiring for Hatchery Labor. You will handle eggs, monitor incubation, assist with chick hatching, perform quality checks, and maintain biosecurity in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask and work quickly with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and set eggs in incubators according to procedures.
• Monitor incubation conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation).
• Assist with chick hatching and transfer with proper care.
• Perform quality checks on eggs and chicks for health and biosecurity.
