Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer, with no gaps over 6 months in the past 36 months.
• No full-time student status in the last 36 months.
• Rehire rule: no more than 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods, 180-day waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Pad ~1500 empty chick boxes weighing ~2 pounds each.
• Lift and stack boxes and chicks repeatedly (up to 15–1500 cycles).
• Operate high-pressure washer and keep work area clean and safe.
• Properly euthanize weak/ill chicks per company policy.
