Cobb is hiring for a Hatchery Sanitation Associate in Siloam Springs, AR. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing the hatchery and washing chick boxes to maintain a sanitary production environment.

The position runs Monday through Friday with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour plus additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package starts from Day 1 including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience preferred.
• At least six consecutive months of work experience with the same employer; no gaps > six months in the last 36 months.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes the hatchery with a pressure washer (55%).
• Places approximately 1,500 chick boxes weighing an average of 2 pounds into washer to be washed and sanitized (25%).
• Washes and sanitizes the dirty side box room with a pressure washer (5%).
• Cleans rooftop units (5%).
