Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting and standing.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• On-the-job training lasts 1–2 weeks.
• Background checks and verification of employment eligibility are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Wash floats and transport hatcher trays.
• Sanitize separator and hatcher with sodium hypochlorite and high-pressure hose.
• Set eggs into incubators and transfer eggs between trays and buggies.
• Load chicks onto the belt and conveyor.
