Job summary

Select Genetics is a leading hatchery supplier with operations across the world. The Service Room Supervisor oversees daily operations, calibrates equipment each morning, and performs quality checks on poults while ensuring safety and biosecurity rules are followed.

The role includes training up to 40 staff, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Applicants should have supervisory experience, be able to work in the United States, and preferably hold a High School

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Service Room employees to ensure standards.
• Calibrates and sets up machines at the start of the day.
• Checks medicine orders; ensures PSP and MCP machines are ready.
• Performs quality control on poults labeled defective by PSP or MCP.
• Trains and supervises up to 40 employees; resolves conflicts fairly.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment; follows bio security rules.
