Cobb is hiring for a full-time position at our Tennessee Hatchery in Lafayette. The role involves cleaning, foaming, sanitizing pull room, tray wash room, and box rooms, with a 7:00am start and Monday–Friday schedule.

You must safely operate cleaning tools, comply with biosecurity guidelines, and be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends; benefits are available from day one for

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a pressure washer and sanitize work areas.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes pull room, tray wash, and box rooms.
• Maintains cleanliness of chick boxes and related areas.
• Performs duties with manual lifting and standing for long shifts.
