Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent; college preferred but not required.
• Experience in a leadership role or demonstrated ability to function as an effective leader.
• Demonstrated ability to select, train, and manage staff to meet department goals.
• Ability to administer discipline and coaching per company policies.
• Effective reading and use of data from accounting and production reports.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate priorities and production needs to staff.
