You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with a team to meet production goals and maintain Perdue's quality standards across all hatchery activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week with minimal damage to maximize hatchability.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the hatchery, including equipment, to reduce mold and bacteria.
• Operate tray wash and separator machines to maximize throughput and minimize product damage.
• Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control.
• Perform duties as directed by management in line with SOPs, fostering team spirit.
