Job summary

Tyson Foods Bear Hollow Farm, Pineville, MO, seeks a shift supervisor to oversee the eggs' daily handling, inspection, and sanitation processes at the hatchery. You will lead a team in grading eggs, maintaining an clean environment, and coordinating international order paperwork while ensuring production targets are met and safety guidelines are followed.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 15 pounds regularly, and willingness to obtain respirator certification.

Qualifications

• Supervise and lead egg processing and sanitation teams.
• Enter data on production touch screen tablet.
• Must obtain respirator certification and maintain 4 attendance points or less.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grading and packaging of eggs for incubation and international orders.
• Maintain sanitary environment with cleaning equipment and weekly hatchery samples.
• Coordinate incubation equipment controls and report issues.
• Lead shift ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Other duties may be assigned.
