Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times when greeting and servicing customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments for customers at the scale.
• Record test data, such as weights, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
• Coordinate delivery numbers and daily inputs; verify accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist with filing, reporting, and housekeeping of the scale area.
