Responsibilities include processing shipments, recording data, handling phones, and assisting with reports. The position is part-time with typical hours from 1pm-7pm or 2:30pm-7pm, September through mid-December, with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills and a track record of working effectively with customers.
• Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times when greeting and servicing customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments for customers at the scale.
• Record test data, such as weights, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
• Coordinate delivery numbers and daily inputs; verify accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist with filing, reporting, and housekeeping of the scale area.
