Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 3+ years in a high-volume cannabis production setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment with health and safety policies.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Harvest team by providing updated production goals to be met and exceeded.
• Maintain an up-to-date Harvest schedule and production plan to prioritize batches through processing.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to leadership and staff.
• Manage inventory of harvested cannabis through all stages: wet trim, dry room, cure, and packaging.
• Analyze data for leadership review and coordinate with Data Analytics as needed.
• Monitor environmental controls (HVAC, humidity) to prevent mold and crop loss.
• Ensure barcoded inventory is documented in track and trace systems.
• Maintain Harvest productivity tracking and report progress to Director of Harvest.
• Ensure compliance with state and municipal harvest and inventory rules.
