Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Harvest Specialist to support daily harvest operations in a cannabis cultivation facility in Florida. You will assist with offloading, harvesting, weighing, labeling, and moving plant materials while following SOPs and safety protocols.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working on-site, and maintaining quality control. Prior experience in regulated production is a plus; training is provided to ensure compliance with state laws and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, weigh, label, and move post-harvest materials.

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and proper waste handling.
• Record activities using the company’s track and trace system.
• Provide support to other cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
