Job summary

Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring for a hands-on Harvest Lead to run daily harvest operations and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role is full-time, on-site with a $19.13/hour base pay, and standard benefits after a 90-day period. Expect to supervise harvest crews and coordinate with the Harvest Manager in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of plant/agriculture experience preferred.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, BIOTrack, and labeling systems.
• Organized, level-headed under pressure, and confident directing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to the harvest crew, directing runners, trimmers, hangers, and scale operators.
• Coordinate harvest scheduling, strain sequencing, and station setup/teardown with the Harvest Manager and Dry Room Lead.
• Flag quality concerns immediately and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Manage dry room placement, lighting, and room readiness for each harvest.
• Maintain accurate quarantine inventory tracking in BIOTrack and communicate status to Managers and Inventory staff.
• Support hiring, performance, and R&D initiatives as needed.

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on leader to run day-to-day harvest operations, keeping every crop cycle on track for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership directly shapes product outcomes and team performance.

What You Bring:

Physical Demands:

Able to stand/sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work around dust, humidity, heat, and moderate noise. Facility is a two-story warehouse — comfort with stairs and elevated work areas required.
