Job summary

Theraplant is seeking a Harvest Technician to execute all tasks in the harvest phase of cannabis cultivation, including harvesting, bucking, drying, sanitation, and inventory control while maintaining compliance with SOPs. The role requires precise handling, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, and physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders safely to load/unload drying areas.
• Buck flowers efficiently to prepare for trimming.
• Monitor quality and resolve any product concerns.
• "Burp" bins regularly to ensure proper drying and terpene preservation.
• Adapt to workflow changes and shifting production needs.
• Remain available for weekend shifts as required.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
