As our Propagation Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day care of our plants from the ground up, guiding a team of Plant Cultivation team members while keeping our propagation area running clean, organized, and on schedule. You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the standard for plant health, coaches team members through daily assignments, and keeps management informed on how the team and the crop are doing.
