Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Harness Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer to translate engineering intent into scalable cable harness production. You will support the shop floor during fabrication and integration, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of experience creating English-language work instructions.
• A-Shift availability (M–TH, 5:00AM–3:30PM) with flexibility to adjust shift as needed.

Responsabilités

• Translate engineering intent into manufacturing work instructions for cable harness hardware.
• Support harness shop on the floor during fabrication and integration, ensuring compliance and testing acceptance.
• Serve as a liaison between design, test, manufacturing, and operations in a hands-on engineering role.
• Develop manufacturing work instructions covering receiving inspection, wire preparation, termination, fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and refurbishment.
• Lead and mentor harness fabrication technicians, providing real-time technical guidance and issue resolution.
