Job summary
Blue Origin is seeking a Harness Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer in Huntsville, AL to translate engineering intent into manufacturing steps for cable harness hardware at scale. You will support the harness shop on the floor, develop work instructions, and qualify new fabrication processes while driving DFMA improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in manufacturing, electrical, or aerospace engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering role.
- Fluent experience in creating English-language work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent, wire harness drawings, schematics into manufacturing steps.
- Support the Cable Harness Shop on the floor during fabrication and integration.
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for receiving inspection, wire preparation, termination, fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and refurbishment.
- Lead technicians on the shop floor and provide real-time technical guidance.
