Responsabilités

• Maintain safe shelter and WMU environment; oversee check-in, bed assignments, and client assessments.
• Provide intake and monitoring per policy; connect guests to housing and services.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation; communicate with staff via reports.
• Promote drop-in services and coordinate with agencies within the Gladys Ray network.
• Assist with special assignments and program-specific duties as needed.
• Respect and enforce safety guidelines and proper use of protective equipment.
