The role requires developing test plans, executing environmental, mechanical, and electrical tests, and delivering rigorous validation reports that drive production readiness. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to certification testing and lab capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years hardware validation or test engineering experience.
• Experience with environmental test equipment.
• Knowledge of IEC 60068, ISO 16750, MIL‑STD‑810.
• Strong documentation and test‑reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive hardware validation test plans from product requirements.
• Execute environmental, mechanical, and electrical validation tests on hardware prototypes.
• Document all test activities and maintain traceability to hardware units under test.
• Investigate validation test failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Support certification testing (FCC, CE, automotive) and maintain lab capabilities.
