Winixx Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to own validation and QA for WinixxOS across all devices, building test infrastructure and processes to catch issues before production.

You will design and execute test plans for hardware/software integration, build automated test tooling, perform bring-up validation on prototypes, and collaborate with security for secure hardware integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware test engineering, QA, or validation.
• Experience building or operating automated hardware/software test infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AOSP or Android-based platform testing is a strong advantage.
• Experience bring-up validation of new hardware prototypes.
• Strong attention to detail and rigorous documentation habits.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for hardware/software integration across all device classes.
• Build and maintain automated test infrastructure for HAL and driver validation.
• Perform bring-up validation and regression testing on new hardware prototypes.
• Validate POS-specific hardware and console hardware against spec.
• Track, document, and triage hardware defects with the Hardware Integration team.
• Develop stress and environmental test protocols for consumer hardware.
• Maintain test coverage documentation and reporting across the product line.
• Collaborate with Security team on validating secure hardware integration (TEE, secure elements).
