Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of Program Management experience for manufacturing, hardware, mechanical, or product development initiatives.
• Experience operating in fast-changing, high-pressure environments with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex hardware and manufacturing programs from development through production while adapting to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and customer teams to drive project execution and maintain momentum.
• Lead program reviews, risk assessments, and strategic discussions to ensure informed decision-making and accountability.
• Balance customer expectations with internal capabilities by resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholders on priorities.
• Coordinate activities across domestic and international manufacturing sites to support successful product delivery.
