Piper Companies seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex manufacturing and hardware initiatives in Santa Clara, CA. The role requires onsite collaboration and up to 60% domestic travel during onboarding, plus international travel to partners in Mexico and China.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in program management for hardware/manufacturing environments, with exceptional communication and risk-management skills to drive successful product launches and ongoing production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management experience in hardware, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial product environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to travel 50-60% domestically during onboarding and 10-20% internationally to manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex manufacturing and hardware programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Drive alignment across engineering, production, sourcing, quality, and customer stakeholders.
• Evaluate risks, remove roadblocks, and facilitate critical business decisions to maintain program success.
• Manage competing priorities between customers and internal teams while fostering productive working relationships.
• Partner with global manufacturing organizations to support product launches, operational readiness, and ongoing production.
