Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting Windows workstations and servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Familiar with reading technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
• Install and configure workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and related cabling.
• Follow SOPs for the Connectivity Operations Team and use ticketing systems.
