Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech. You’ll connect design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept to production.

You will build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and engage the right teams at the right times. A Secret security clearance is required to enable work on sensitive programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines or electromechanical assemblies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical areas.
• Comfort working with data and complex analyses.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent and help build your program’s culture as liaison to the engineering development organization.
• Establish milestones and targets to define the product roadmap across the organization.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to support program development efforts.
• Execute a variety of tasks to keep the program on track and de-risk the roadmap.
• Communicate engineering strategy and vision to technical stakeholders to manage expectations and risks.
• Collaborate with teams including design engineering, finance, logistics, EHS, manufacturing, supply chain, test, legal, operations, and production.
