Job summary

Flexible IT on Long Island is seeking a Hardware Services Technician to travel to client sites, identify and resolve issues, and maintain clients’ technology. You will perform hardware/software installation, provide technical consultation, and support teammates while helping clients with practical solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should have IT support experience and a passion for helping others.
