What you will do

• Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
• Installation and Upgrades: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent hardware failures and extend equipment lifespan
• Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace damaged components, such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies
• Interact with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems and share knowledge
