Pay Range: $22.01 - $28.8/hr
Must Have Printer Repair/Install Experience.
What's the Job?
Provide on-site hardware support and repair for HP PC and Printer products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
Configure hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues using mechanical and technical skills, including working with third-party software, networks, and switches.
Manage critical service events efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education is preferred.
Proven experience in technical or mechanical hardware repair, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Physical ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
