Job summary

INGENICO is a global leader in payments technology, seeking a Hardware Services Implementation Lead to drive deployment and optimization of our hardware service offerings. You will coordinate installations, maintenance, repairs, and field service operations, and work with operations, IT, and partners to launch new services.

You will translate offerings into processes, manage timelines and budgets, and support performance reporting and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or service implementation or POS-related roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-phase implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Experience with KPI management, dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware service program deployments, field service, repair, and maintenance.
• Document and translate offerings into standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and service partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Support KPI dashboards, service performance reporting, and data analysis.
• Drive continuous improvements and service design enhancements.
• Coordinate service transformations including international deployments.
• Provide training and maintain playbooks for internal and partner teams.
