Job summary

Nokia's Hardware Services division seeks a senior program professional to lead new hardware product introductions and drive roadmapping, demand planning, and service strategy on a global scale.

You will oversee governance for ramp-ups, coordinate with R&D and business lines, and shape spare parts and repair center readiness across regions. Proven expertise in SAP P20, CARES, JIRA, PuMa, and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong program management skills combining theory with organisational practice.
• Recognised expert with depth and breadth in the field.
• Experience with SAP P20 and CARES.
• Experience with JIRA and PuMa.
• Experience with HWS Tool Box, Moulin Rouge and E-Espares.
• Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new hardware products and technologies into Nokia's Hardware Services organization.
• Drive technology roadmapping and input for portfolio decisions (M0-M04).
• Oversee project governance for ramp-up of new hardware products within HWS.
• Define repair and spare parts service strategies.
• Establish global demand, supply, and inventory planning capabilities.
• Develop purchasing capabilities for repair and spare parts.
• Liaise with MN Business Lines and R&D Product Programs.
• Provide input and follow-up for product program milestone decisions (P0-P8).
• Support feasibility studies and design products for serviceability.
• Contribute to service business cases.
• Facilitate global and regional competence and knowledge transfer.
• Support tendering for early-phase products.
• Collect and analyse SPC cost, pilot customer, manufacturing location, and production demand/supply data.
• Assess Repair Center readiness.
• Monitor DCC/HWSD project milestone completion.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management in the HWSD NPI process.
• Manage purchasing, logistics, tendering, cost management, and inventory management.
