Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service in a hardware-focused environment. You will help customers identify needs, provide product recommendations, and process orders and price checks at the counter.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, loading items, and maintaining a clean, organized selling area while following safety procedures and supporting promotions and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb a ladder when needed.
• Basic knowledge of lumber, building materials, or hardware merchandise.
• Strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills; friendly demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Enter orders, special orders, and price lookups in POS.
• Stock shelves, merchandise, and maintain a clean selling area.
• Assist customers with loading items and participate in promotions.
• Follow safety guidelines and report suspicious activity as needed.
