Qualifications

• Prior work experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays.
• Follow all company policies including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager.
