Job summary

Home Hardware Center, Inc. is seeking a Retail Salesperson to deliver excellent customer service, help customers with product selection, and keep the store looking its best.

You will greet customers, assist in locating products, and provide information on merchandise, pricing, and promotions. This on-site, full-time role requires stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, following loss prevention policies, and assisting with opening/closing duties while maintaining a friendly, knowledgeable

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary.
• Stay informed on new products, sales, and store promotions.
