Qualifications

• Ability to communicate using telephone and e-mail; comfortable with basic tech and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs; provide product recommendations.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and assist with inquiries.
• Enter sales orders, special orders and price lookups in POS.
• Assist in merchandise stocking and merchandising per planograms.
• Handle telephone inquiries politely and accurately provide information.
