Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking friendly sales associates to deliver excellent customer service in our store. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, explain product features, and guide them to the right solutions.

You will perform sales transactions, price lookups, stock shelves, assist with loading, and help maintain a clean, organized selling area. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Friendly demeanor and problem-solving ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs with open-ended questions.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and complete sales.
• Handle price lookups and special orders as needed.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products according to plan.
• Assist with loading purchases for customers when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling area and counter.
