Job summary

Westlake Ace in Kansas is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking and pricing merchandise while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support with signage, pricing and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers in the store and throughout the shopping experience.
• Answer pages and calls promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Assist customers with personalized service and product knowledge.
• Receive, check in and stock merchandise across the store.
• Maintain back stock levels and tidy sales floor and stock room.
• Support with signage, pricing updates, and store cleanliness.
