Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on hardware reliability experience.
• Product background in consumer electronics and heavy-duty industries.
• Technical leadership in defining reliability requirements and test plans.
• Proficient scripting for test automation and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware reliability requirements and test strategies for products.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and manage third‑party testers/labs.
• Collaborate with external enterprise customers to translate field needs into testing standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using physics-of-failure and drive design improvements.
• Contribute hands-on with scripting for test workflows and data processing.
