Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Texas is seeking a Hardware Reliability Specialist for Starlink gateway production to ensure quality and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.

You will own production quality metrics, drive PFMEA, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to prevent failures. This role requires hands-on engineering, familiarity with IPC/JEDEC standards, and ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math, or science-relate discipline is required.
• Hands-on engineering, reliability, manufacturing, or quality experience.
• Familiarity with IPC/J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Own production quality and reliability for state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
• Lead root cause investigations and PFMEA in high-volume production.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve yield.
• Ensure hardware meets reliability, cost, and manufacturability goals.
