Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Gateway Manufacturing Specialist (Starlink) to lead NPI manufacturing builds and ensure early prod readiness. You will program, load and operate automated equipment, troubleshoot non-conformances, and drive design integrity and on-time delivery.

This role requires 2+ years in hands-on manufacturing or a engineering/math/science degree, with experience in hardware testing and CAD tooling.

Qualifications

2+ years in hands-on manufacturing or a bachelor's in engineering/math/science.
Experience producing J-STD-001 Class 2 or IPC-A-610 Class 2 hardware.
Experience with electrical tests and full assembly testing.

Responsibilities

Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers.
Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution and preventative actions.
Resolve production issues while ensuring design integrity, product quality and delivery timelines.
Perform process development and validation on new models in aggressive timelines.
Ensure successful transition of products from development to volume production.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance and cost.
Define maintenance schedules and support activities.
Implement solutions on the line to improve manufacturability, quality and speed.
