Job summary

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is seeking a Hardware Reliability Technician in Bastrop, TX. The role involves ensuring the reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing, testing, and installation. Responsibilities include resolving quality issues, documenting non-conformances, and supporting root cause investigations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma, with preference for those holding a technical degree. Must be onsite and able to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience working with root cause/corrective action systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve quality related issues as they relate to the Starlink product department.
• Document production non-conformances in accordance with procedures.
• Support quality management system policies and procedure documentation.
• Perform PCB solder rework and x-ray inspections.
