Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office applications.
• 1+ years of interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills, especially in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive containment actions (ICA) and corrective actions (PCA) for customer quality concerns.
• Lead resolution of customer issues and reduce warranty.
• Own critical issues and ensure resolution.
• Perform warranty claims analysis using vehicle data and dealer interactions.
• Track improvement actions in Quality AI IRIS/SIMPSN system.
• Develop, manage, and own SIMPSN projects documenting quality improvements.
• Communicate needs to quality leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support VRT activities with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead plant trials for quality, cost, and supplier improvements.
• Assist with stop ships, campaigns, and monthly Vehicle Quality Reviews.
• Utilize DET and FDRS for vehicle triage.
