Job summary

Precor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across our commercial fitness equipment portfolio, including product development, operations, and manufacturing. This hands‑on role requires strong business judgment, organization, and the ability to drive teams toward on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality while aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and communicating clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope and change requests while balancing cost, schedule and quality.
• Track project performance and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
